Jimmy F. Adams, age 73, of Alma passed away November 25, 2022 at his residence after a short illness. He was born on October 15, 1949 in Atkinson County but lived most of his life in Bacon County.  His parents, James Daniel Adams and Alice Taylor Adams; two brothers, James Randall Adams and Billy Ray Adams and sister, Diane Gentry preceded him in death.

Mr. Adams was retired from Pike Electric and was a member of Wolf Pit "Wesley Chapel" Church.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Connie Rigdon Adams of Alma; two daughters. Susan Renea and Edward Fannon of West Green and Sabrina Michelle Spivey of Alma; three grandchildren, Courtney (Ivan) Royals, Dallas and C. J. Spivey; four great-grandchildren, Adi, Ali, Cadyn and James Daniel Royals; sister, Gwen Mizell of Douglas and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Wolf Pit "Wesley Chapel" Church with Rev. Tommy Rigdon, Rev. Austin Medders and Rev. Danny 'Turner officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Tuesday (November 29, 2022) evening from 6 to 9 PM.

Active pallbearers will be Donnie Anderson, Wayne Rigdon, Blaine Rigdon, Don Adams, Eil Adams, Rodney Rigdon and Scotty Rigdon. The Wolf Pit Mems Sunday school Class will serve as honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
