Joanne Marie Taylor, age 86, of Alma passed away on Friday, October
13, 2017 at Twin Oaks Nursing Home after an extended illness. She was
born on July 9, 1931 in Iowa to the late Robert Joseph Campbell and
Marie Campbell. Her husband James Elmer Taylor, two brothers, Robert
Campbell and Jack Campbell and a sister, Linda Campbell preceded her
in death. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in
Baxley, Georgia.

Survivors include two daughters, Paula Taylor (Gary Leonard) of Alma
and Vivian Taylor Williams of Baxley, GA. three grandchildren and
seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 17th at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Bro. Devin Brandt officiating. Interment will follow in Elizabeth Chapel Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday from 6 to 8 PM.

Active pallbearers will be; Michael Burt, Tristan Herrington, Bro. Devin Brandt, Michael Williams, Mark Baez and Larry
C. Taylor. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
