Joseph Michael "Mike" Harrell, age 69 of Alma passed away February 25, 2023 at Memorial Satilla in Waycross after a short illness. He was born September 24, 1953 in Bacon County to Dan Harrell and Sarah Tomberlin Harrell.

Survivors include a special friend, Tonya Sweat; his brother, Danny Harrell and wife Stephanie of Alma; sister, Fran Martel of California; nieces, Tiffany Barber, Angel Ellis, Mira Valliere and Michelle Kusnier; nephews, Luke Harrell, Jonathan Schwartz and their families.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Pet Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in Elizabeth Chapel Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Thursday from 10:00 AM until funeral time.

Active pallbearers will be; Michael Morrison, Larry Holland, Jody Johnson, Bodie Johnson Terrell Yeomans and Gerald Anderson. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
