Joseph L. "Joey" Taylor, Jr., age 46 of Alma passed away suddenly Monday, April 7 ^th at the Bacon County Hospital. He was a native of Bacon County and preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Bryant Taylor.

Survivors include his father, Joseph L. Taylor, Sr. of Alma, two brothers, Charles Randall Bryant and Jamie Scott Taylor, sister, Lisa Ann Phillips two nieces, Megan Phillips and Abbigail Taylor and one nephew, Jamie Scott Taylor, Jr. all of Alma.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 10 ^th at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Griffis officiating. Interment will follow in Wolf Pit Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Thursday from 10:00 AM until funeral time

Active pallbearers will be; Phillip Thompson, Jimmy Smith, Trevor Williams, Jamie Scott Taylor, Jr., Ryan, Trevor & Thomas Howell

All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
