Karen Starr, age 53, of Steinhatchee, FL. passed away Monday, January 28th in Haven Hospice in Cheifland, FL. after an extended illness. She was a native of . Karen was daughter of the late Benjamin James Sellers and Corinne Strickland Sellers.

Survivors include her husband, John Robert Starr, two sons, Timothy (Tim) John Sellers & Peter Morgan Sellers, two daughters, Annie Sue Holley all of Steinhatchee, FL and Vevet Stephanie Williams of Old Town, FL, two brothers, Gary L. Sellers of Whitesburg, FL & Allen Sellers of Steinhatchee, FL., three sisters, Margaret Hunter of Carrolton, Ga., Iva Manley of Bremen, Ga., Shirley Garnberg of Panama City, FL and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 31st at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Pastor Pet Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Thursday from 12:00 PM until funeral time.
