Keith Mitchell Kirkland, age 51, of Nicholls passed away suddenly at his residence on Saturday, March 31, 2018. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Agnus & Estell Taylor and paternal grandparents Jiles & Mamie Kirkland. He was a member of Nicholls Church of God of Prophecy.

Survivors include his parents, Ronnie Kirkland and Betty Joe Taylor Kirkland, a brother, Stacey Kirkland and wife Belinda, three nieces, Khirstyn Morgan (Wade), Chesney Manac (Skyler) and Rayley Batten, three great-nieces Haven Morgan, Remi Gayle Morgan, Paisley Manac and a great-nephew Liam Manac all of Nicholls.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 5 ^th at 11:00 AM at the Nicholls Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. Tommy James and Rev. Rob Merritt officiating. Interment will follow in Roberts Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening between the hours of 6 and 9 PM.

Active pallbearers will be; Bradley Taylor, Chris Anderson, Steve Thompson, Allen Thompson, Huel Medders, Jr. and Jimmy Darrell Taylor. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts. Crosby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
