Obituary
Kenneth Earl Metz, age 74, of Alma passed away at his residence Saturday, May 20, 2017 after an extended illness. He was son of the late Roy Robert Metz and Mary Rena Cunningham Metz and preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Robert Metz and Barry Robert Metz. He served in the US Army.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Virginia Ruth Metz of Alma, son, Pete Summerall of Alma, three daughters, Cynthia Janette Moore of Alma, Marsha Summerall of Waycross and Kathy Norris of Graniteville, SC ., one brother Charles Metz of Indiana, one sister, Wanitta Woody of Florida; also 3 grandchildren, Amber Summerall, Tyler Moore and Ryan Summerall and 1 great-grandson, Jaxson Evans.
The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Tuesday, May 23rd from 6 to 8 PM.
Memorialization will be through cremation.
Crosby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
