Krisie Renee Thomas, age 39, of Douglas passed away suddenly April 9, 2022 at Coffee Regional Hospital. Born on April 19, 1982 in Monongahela, Pennsylvania but had lived most of her life in Coffee County. She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Danny Carroll Thomas; grandmother, Ruth Taylor, grandfather, J. T. Cason and great-aunt, Myrtice Taylor. She was a member of Saginaw Baptist Church.

Survivors include her parents, Orlando Eugene Cochran and Dora Crossley; fiancé, Leroy Welch; three children, Chase Lanier Thomas, Marion Alexis Thomas (Joshua Rigby) and Leela Gail Thomas; three brothers, Kelly Burnham, Zach Cochran and Brandon Cochran; two sisters, Heather Marie Dopson and Renata Floyd (Justin) and four grandchildren, Jaxon Morris, Bentley Trey Rigby, Nathaniel Heist and Makenna Morris.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
