Laura Rigdon Graham, age 54, passed away May 09, 2025, after a short illness. She is the daughter of the late Roy Rigdon and Satira Shaddix Rigdon. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her great niece, Alayna Brackins and cousin, Clay "Bo" Hayes.

She is survived by her son Jacob Graham of Nicholls and his father, Mark Graham who was her husband and good friend for many years; one sister, Tammy Rigdon; special nieces, Leigha Anderson and Kimmie Starling; special nephew, Aaron Anderson and special cousins, Julie Lavender, Jill Baskins, Andy Hayes, Randy Hayes, and Neal Rigdon; three great nephews Jayce, Chandler and Carter Chancy; three great nieces, Jaylen Batton, Alanni Brackins, and Ella Anderson.

She was a former college professor at Georgia Southern University and Brewton Parker College. She was also a published author.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home, Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 2 PM with Rev. Dale Carver officiating. Interment to follow at Wolf Pit Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 12:30 PM until service time.

Active pallbearers include Jayce Chancy, Chandler Chancy, Carter Chancy, Aaron Anderson, Andrew Hayes, and Neal Rigdon.
