Laura Jane Denmark Tanner, age 71, of Alma passed away on Monday, November 11, 2019 after a short illness.  She was daughter of the late Harold Denmark and Catheryn Royal Denmark.

Mrs. Laura spent most of her life working beside her husband on their family farm, enjoyed nature, animals and especially her Koi fish ponds; she also loved taking care of her puppies at her kennel.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Jackie "Jack" Tanner, two daughters Georgia Ann Rodriguez (Andy) and Melody Lynn Haselden  (James), sister Mary Alice Dutcher all of Alma, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 14 ^th at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Carver officiating. Interment will follow in Campground Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 10:00 AM until funeral time.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of your choice.

Active pallbearers will be Hoyt Boatright, J. R. Ruis, Braden Haselden, Payton Stewart, J. R. Haselden and Andy Rodriguez. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
