Leah Lorane Rewis, age 33, of Alma passed away suddenly at the Bacon County Hospital Wednesday, June 14, 2017. She was born on April 13, 1984 in Coffee County but lived in Alma all her life. Leah is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Dewey & Ruby Williams and paternal grandparents, Howard & Iva Lee Rewis. She was employed with ABC Daycare and a member of New Lacy Church of God.

Survivors include her parents, Johnny H. Rewis and Sheila Williams Rewis of Alma.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 17th at 11:00 at New Lacy Church of God with Rev. Stan Long and Rev. Kelly Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Wesley Chapel Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6 to 8 PM at Crosby Funeral Home.

Active pallbearers will be; Kevin Prince, Stacy and Kevin Rewis, Stanley Beckham, Jr., Chad Beckham and Daniel Rewis. Honorary pallbearers will be; Employee's of the ABC Daycare and the New Lacy Young Adults Sunday School Class.
