Leon Jerone Stewart, age 58, of Bloomington, IN. passed away October 30th at his residence after a short illness. He was a native of Bacon County and son of the late James Franklin Stewart and Norma Bland Stewart. Leon was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Stewart. He served in the US Army.

Survivors include two sons, Rodney Stewart of Cummings and James Stewart (Joy) of Gainesville, Ga, one daughter, Teresa Bailey (Cameron) of Bowling Green, KY, two brothers, David Stewart of Gainesville, Ga. and Michael Stewart of Alma, three sisters, Sue King and Janice Wills (Bill) of Alma and Sheri Prokop (Frank) of Woodstock, Ga. and three grandchildren, Christopher, Chelsea & Darren.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, Nov. 3rd at 5:30 PM at Douglas Chapel Church Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Chancey officiating.
