Lillian Korfhage McCrea, age 91, of Alma passed away at home on Friday, October 9, 2020 after a short illness.

She was born August 18, 1929 to Albert Korfhage and Viloet Alford Korfhage inLouisville, Kentucky. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters.

Mrs. McCrea was married to Woodrow McCrea on September 11, 1954 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was retired from the Bacon County Board of Education after many years as a School Teacher and Counselor. She was also a member of the Alma United Methodist Church.

Besides her husband she is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 12, 2020 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Crosby Funeral Home. Gravesides will follow immediately after visitation at Rose Hill Cemetery with Pastor Amy Carter and eulogy by Ruth Futch.

Active pallbearers will be; A. J. Baltozer, Jared Godshalk, William McCrea, Tiebout McCrea, Austin McCrea, Bryan Thomason and Mack McCrea. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
