Lillie Mae Holton Taylor, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away May 11, 2025, at Community Hospice after an extended illness. She was born on February 5, 1941, in Coffee County to Leon Lawton Holton and Abbie Leona Taylor Holton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Roy Eugene Taylor, two children, Tony Taylor and Robin White, two sons-in-law, Marvin Hearman and Alan White, daughter-in-law, Jeanette Taylor; three brothers, J.B. Holton, Leon Holton and Buddy Holton and two sisters, Doris Evans and Betty Nettles.  Survivors include four children, Timmy Taylor  and Bruce Taylor of Nicholls, Kim Ellison (Roger) of Kingsland and Cindy Hearman of Jacksonville; one brother, Quincy Holton, four sisters, Lavada Sweat of Waycross, Abbie Martinez of Alma, Virginia Cooper (Dub) of West Green and Marie Hutchinson (Steve) of Alma; also, several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. T. F. Yawn officiating. Interment will follow in Wolf Pit Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 1PM until service time.

Grandsons will serve as active pallbearers.
