Linda Sue Taylor Pritchett, age 66, of Alma died Monday afternoon January 20th, 2014 at the Mayo Clinic Health System of Waycross after a short illness. She was a native of Bacon County, daughter of the late Jesse H. Taylor and Felmer Thomas Taylor and was also preceded in death by six brothers, L G Crews, Robert Crews, Jess Taylor, James Taylor, Jimmy Crews and Buddy Taylor, two sisters, Helon Doby and Peggy Joyce Hayes.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Lonnie "Bill" Pritchett, four sons, Lonnie Shane Pritchett (Jenny), Rusty Shawn Pritchett, and Calvin Mitchell Pritchett all of Alma, and Bronnie Pritchett of Hazlehurst, a daughter, Chantelle Nicole Hurst of Ocala, FL, a brother, Wayne Taylor of Baxley, two sisters, Irene Sutton of Clewiston, FL, Dora Turner of St. Louis, MO, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 23rd at 2:00 o'clock from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Stan Long officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening between 6 and 9 P M.

Active pallbearers will be, Bradley and Gordon Haggard, Tim Hutcheson, Lamar King, Dick Humphrey and Ken Schneider. Honorary will be employees of P D C.
