Lonnie Allen Smith, age 50, of Mershon passed away at Memorial Hospital in Savannah on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born in Pierce County on April 26, 1970. He was a member of the Alma First Baptist Church.

Lonnie is survived by his parents, Seab and Shelia Boatright Smith of Mershon, GA., three children, Lonnie Allen Smith, Jr. of Mershon, Sean Pittman Smith and Haley Smith of Alma and their mother Nicole Pittman of Alma and one brother, Jason Smith (Kim) of Alma.

Memorial services will be held Monday, May 11, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Martha Memorial Church with Rev. R. B. Gaskins and Rev. Richard Johnson officiating.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
