Louie A. "Tony" Jordan, age 84, of Nicholls passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the Bacon County Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Fulton County on August 30, 1936 to Louie A. Jordan and Fannie Mae Peavy Jordan. Mr. Jordan had lived in Plant City, Florida for 40 years before moving to Nicholls the past 36 years.  Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Florence Mae Linton Jordan and sister, Frances Jordan.

He was employed with Union Millwrights for many years in Florida, was a member of Millwrights Local Union 1000 in Tampa, Florida and served several years in the National Guard.

Survivors include three children, Hugh Clinton "Butch" Jordan and wife Aida, Lou Anna Jordan Coleman and husband Dean of Nicholls, Sheila LaGaye Carver and husband Ricky of Alma, two grandchildren, Savanna Brie Thompson of Tifton and Brianna Jordan of Nicholls.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 22 ^nd at 2:00 PM at Lott Family Cemetery with Bro. Ricky Davis officiating.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
