Obituary
Lucius T. Turner, II, age 80, of Beech Island, SC. passed away Wednesday, July 23rd after an extended illness. He was a native of Bacon County but had lived Beech Island, South Carolina since 1950. Lucius was son of the late Lucius T. Turner, Jr and Eula Mae Dial Turner and preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Carver Turner and four brothers, Dudley, Jack, Quip and Arthur Turner. He was a member of Local No. 709 of Savannah and Hopewell Lodge No. 127, he served in the US Army during Korean Conflict.
Survivors include two sons, Tony Turner and wife Kim and Randy Turner of Beech Island, SC. and one sister, Wilma Nall of Alma; also 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren survive.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, July 27th at 2:00 PM at Wesley Chapel Church Cemetery on Hwy 203 with a eulogy given by Tony Turner.
Crosby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
