Lynn Ray Deen, age 64, of Alma passed away October 7, 2022 at his residence after a short illness. He was born on April 24, 1958 in Bacon County to the late Leroy Hollis Deen and Stella Harris Deen.

Mr. Lynn retired from Hazlehurst Mills after 41 years of service.

In addition to his parents he was precede in death by a grandson, Tyler James Carter and sister, Louis Boone. Survivors include four children, Lynn Hollis Deen, wife Shanna, Joseph C. Deen, Melisa Ann Carter, Sheila Marie Curl, husband Joseph of Alma; three brothers, Leroy Deen, wife Jessie Mae of Thomasville, Larry Deen, wife Ernie Mae and Leslie "Bunny" Deen, wife Ellen both of Alma; two sisters, Linda Dyal of Baxley and Latricia Ledford, husband Harold of Glenwood; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
