Lynn Haynes, age 56, of Alma passed away Wednesday, January 13th at the Bacon County Hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Baltimore, Maryland but had lived in Alma for many years. Lynn was daughter of the late Martin Edward Good.

Survivors include her mother, Gwendolynn Griffin Shannman of Baltimore, MD., three sons, Ronald Downing (Amanda) of Alma, Teddy Porter of Port Charlotte, FL. and Jason Haynes of Brunswick, one daughter, Aliese Haynes of Brunswick, a brother, Martin Good of Baltimore, MD., two sisters, Karen Turner (Ronald) of Yulee, FL. and Mary Good of Pasadena, MD., 5 grandchildren a special nephew Anthony Good and several nieces and nephews survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 18th at 2:00 PM at New Vision Church with Rev. Pet Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in Wolf Pit Cemetery. The body will be carried to the church at 1:00 PM to lie in state. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Sunday from 6 to 9 PM.

Active pallbearers will be; Timothy Waters, Mike & Cody Lunsford, Lance Johnson, Syles Teston and Matt Jenkins. Honorary pallbearers will be; "Fil" Cindy Waters, "Spooner" Tara Pousland, Burnette Automotive, Shirell Green and Hospice Care Options of Ocilla, GA.
