Mark Dailey, age 58, of Alma passed away on November 2, 2020 at St. Vincent's Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Muncie, Indiana on August 1, 1962 to Estill Dewie Dailey and the late Mary Louise Weaver Dailey.
Mark was employed with Satilla REMC for 33 years and was a member of Southside Church of God. He loved wood working, watching the Braves, hunting and spending time with his Family.
Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Paula Spell Dailey of Alma, his father, Estill Dewie Dailey of Statesboro, children, Doug Dailey (Rachel) of Plantation, FL., Lane Dailey (fiancé Hannah) and their mama Lisa Dailey Jacobs of Alma, Tyler Jordan of Alma and Ashlee Barber (Adam) of Waynesville, three grandchildren, Bentlee Jordan, Koah and Nash Barber, brother, Travis Dailey (Gay), sister, Gigi Costlow (Jim), niece and nephews, Erin Dailey, Trevor Dailey, Brandon (Laura) Costlow and T.J Costlow all of Statesboro.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 6 th at 11:00 AM at Southside Church of God with Rev. David Deen and Rev. Mark Carver officiating. Interment will follow in Elizabeth Chapel Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
Active pallbearers will be; Doug Dailey, Lane Dailey, Travis Dailey, Trevor Dailey, Jim Costlow, Brandon Costlow, Blake Williams, Brandon Deen and Tim Graves. Honorary pallbearers will be; Current and Former Satilla REMC Employees and Travis Davis.
Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
