Marvin Ray "Beaver" Hardwick, age 64, passed away suddenly at his residence November 20, 2023. He was a native of Bacon County and son of the late Curtis Ray Hardwick. Besides his father he was preceded in death by his wife's Judy Robinson Hardwick and Sandy Douglas Hardwick and sister Kitty Hardwick.

Survivors include his mother, Willene Lord Hardwick; son, James Hardwick (Rosalie); two grandchildren, James Hardwick, Jr. and Justin Hardwick; brother, Curtis Hardwick and sister, Charlotte Waters (Ted Lamar Stewart)

Funeral service will be held Monday, November 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Browning officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Level Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving Monday morning from 10:00 AM until service time.
