Mary Inez Norris, age 93, passed away, Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the Bacon County Hospital. She was a native of Screven County, but had lived most of her life in Alma. She was daughter of the late John Freeman and Donie Cora Counts. Mrs. Norris is preceded in death by her husband, of 70 years, Mr. Wilbert Norris.

Survivors include her daughter, Linda Norris Jeffcoat (Stacey) of Midway, three grandchildren, Terri Lee (Rocky) of Alma, Sherri Flowers and Tracey Jeffcoat of Midway, three great-grandchildren, DeAnna Keene, Austin Flowers (Caitlyn), and Justin Flowers all of Midway, one great-great-grandson, Cale Flowers, one sisters-in-law, Pauline Lewis (Louie) of Columbia, SC., and several nieces and nephews.

A small memorial service will be held at the home of Rocky and Terri Lee, on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 4:00 PM. All family and friends are invited to attend.
