Mary Ruth Taylor, age 91, of Alma passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the Bacon County Hospital after an extended illness. She was born on August 25, 1926 in Kilpatrick, Alabama. Mary was daughter of the late Jesse Robert Frasier and Savannah Davis Frasier and preceded in death by her husband, Harris Taylor, a daughter, Dianne Martin, two brothers, Junior and Hiram Frasier, two sisters, Odell Frasier and Reba Strickland. She was a member of Elizabeth Chapel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include five children, James Richardson (Joyce) of Deville, LA., Joseph "Joe" Robert Taylor (Nancy) of Alma and Michael Randall Taylor (Teresa) of Valdosta, GA., Helen Dixon (Sonny) of Boaz, AL. and Peggy Anderson of Alma, a sister, Gail Warren of Cartersville, GA.; also 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 17 ^th at 2:00 PM at Elizabeth Chapel Church with Rev. Allen Hartsfield officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
