Michael Stanley Moore, age 66, of Waycross passed away August 1, 2024 at Memorial Satilla in Waycross after an extended illness. He was born August 24, 1957 in Ware County to the late Stanley Francis Moore and Wanda Elise Johnson Moore. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Kenneth Bruce Moore.

Mike was founder of Walk on Ministries.

Survivors include three daughters, Michelle Sharee Martin of Waycross, Melanie Sheena Bradley of Douglas and Mykael Shanley Moore of Douglas and two stepchildren, Robby Wilson (Kayla) of Nicholls and Wendi Wright (Curtis) of Douglas; brother, Patrick Moore (Tonya) of Montgomery, AL; nine grandchildren, Sheyenne English, Cayson Martin, Macie "Sweetpea" Martin, Jade, Dylan Slaid and Jackson Bradley, Harli Goodman and Jovi Vining and three great-grandchildren, Saylor Nettles, Amorah English and Addie Smith.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Lyle officiating. Interment will follow in Roxie Mae Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Saturday at the funeral home from 12:00 PM until service time.

Active pallbearers will be Slaid Bradley, Cayson Martin, Corey Bradley, Dusty Moore, Patrick Moore and Jamie Johnson. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
