Obituary
Mitchell Lee Surrency, age 48, of Alma passed away suddenly Friday, April 5th in Jonesboro, AR. He was a native of Bacon County but was living in Jonesboro, AR for the past 18 months. Mitchell son of the late John Surrency.
Survivors include his mother, Velma Barnes Ribgy of Alma, two brothers, Cordie Rigby (Brandi) and Sam Surrency and a nephew, Lance Ribgy all of Alma.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 8th at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Pet Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in Meeks Cemetery. The family received friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon from 4 to 5 PM.
Active pallbearers will be; Ricky, Clay & Jason Gilliard, Jason Medders, Luke Jarrard and John Medders. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
Crosby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
