Naomi Lathene "Teny" Davis, age 80, went home to be with Lord on Friday, September 23, 2016 after an extended illness. She was a native of Bacon County, daughter of the late Sidney Joseph Mullis and Dicie Pierce Mullis and preceded in death by her husband Jack E. Davis and a sister Nellene Whitley. She was a member of the Alma Church of God.

Survivors include three daughters; Rhonda Waters (Danny) of Baxley, Jackie Holton (Tommy) and Donna King (Tony) of Alma, a brother Leroy "Bo" Mullis and 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 26th at 11:00 at the Alma Church of God with Rev. Hulet Smith, Rev. Mark Carver and Rev. Mike Lee officiating. Singers and Pianist; Timmy Ellis and Cathy Godwin. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Sunday from 6 to 9 PM.

Active pallbearers will be; Will King, Seth Holton, Marcus Taylor, Davie Mullis, Danny Whitley, Will Davis and Stephen King. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
