Oscar L. "Buster" Williams, age 69, of Alma passed away December 11, 2023 at Memorial University in Savannah after a short illness. He was born May 10, 1954 in Bacon County to Oscar Lee Williams and Christine Britt Peterson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joann LeMacks Williams and brother, Mark Anthony Williams.

Mr. Williams was retired after many years as a  Millwrights Carpenter

Survivors include two children, Jamerson Leon Williams and Serena Outler (Arthur) of Alma; grandchild, Mercedes Ruis (J.R.) of Alma; two great-grandchildren, Cayson Beecher and Emmie Ruis and two sisters, Jan Williams of Jacksonville, FL and Shelba Griffin (Tommy) of Jackson, MS.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

The family will be receiving friends Friday, December 15, 2023 from 4 to 7 PM at the home of Buster Williams 251 Mesquite Rd. Alma, GA. 31510.
