Rheunell Law, age 85, of Alma died early Sunday morning April 21, 2013 at her home after an extended illness. She was a native of Bacon County, daughter of the late Newnan Cone Wheeler and Nora Douglas Wheeler and was also preceded in death by 7 brothers, Clarence, Alton, Dan, Dick, Jim, Frank and N C Wheeler, 4 sisters, Clara Johnson, Iona Smith, Jewell Britt and Allie Crapps. Rheunell was retired from the Bacon County School System after many years of employment and was a member of Pine Level Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, William Bert Law of Alma, 3 daughters, Cathy Taylor (Denny C.), Pat Lott (Jon), Judy Lane (Grover) all of Alma, 4 grandchildren, Jaime King (David) of Alma, Kristen Bland (Daniel) of Tallahassee, Fl, Rhani Lott (Brad) of Atlanta and Greige Lott ( Nicole) of Fernandina Beach, FL and 2 great-grandchildren survive.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 11:00 o'clock at Pine Level Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Eric Brown and Rev. Wayne Miracle officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Lawn Cemetery on U S #1. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday evening (Tonight) from 6 until 9 P M. The body will be carried to the church Tuesday morning at 10:00 o'clock to lie in state.

Active pallbearers will be, Johnny, Jimmy, Derrin, Cam, Dan, Frank (Butch) Wheeler, Jr. and John Tanner. All others in attendance will be considered as honorary.
