Richard Warren Henriot, age 69, of Nicholls passed away suddenly June 19, 2024 at his farm. He was son of the late George Edward Henriot and Alene Norton Henriot. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Sarah "Sister" Pope.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Karen Jolley Henriot of Nicholls; sister, Pam Henriot Lambert of Douglas; nieces and nephews, Tammy Willoughby (Billy), Yolonda Thomas Anderson, Brian Thomas, Brandy Morris (Justin), Beth Ann Cribb (Mark), Ed Pope (Christy) and George Pope and 16 dogs he loved very much.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home Rev. Robert Couey and eulogy by Justin Morris. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1:00 PM until service time. Interment will follow in Campground Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Timothy Anderson, Gage Anderson, Autrey Merritt, Ed Pope, George Pope and James Stewart. All others in attendance will be considered honorary.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
