Robert (Bobby) Ray Myers, age 73, of Waycross passed away Monday, April 20th at his residence after an extended illness. He was a native of Mercersburg, PA. but had lived most of his life in Texas then moving to Waycross about 12 months ago. Bobby was preceded in death by his former wife Esther Myers; parents Bertha and David Ray Myers, one brother, Alan Lynn (Suzanne) Myers.

Survivors include his wife, Karen Brown Myers of Waycross, one daughter, Susan (Carse) Crews of Ft. Worth, TX; one son, Brian (Dori) Myers of Ft. Worth, TX., one grand son, Josh (Melissa) Myers of Azle, TX., sisters, Carol (Richard) Cobler of Pipe Creek, TX., Jenny Myers of Azle, TX., brother, David L. (Becky) Myers of Pipe Creek, TX., six step children, Jesse (Marie) Crews of Alma, Maurice Crews of Waycross, Leif (Ashlee) Crews of Waycross, Vanessa (Lawrence) Moseley of Jesup, Carse (Susan) Crews of Ft. Worth, TX., Anne (Chad) Reed of Houston, TX. Many grand and great grand children, nieces and nephews survive.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 26th at 6:00 PM at the Christ's Church on Augusta Ave. in Waycross with Rev. Franklin Peacock officiating.

Interment will follow in the Military Cemetery in Ft. Worth, Texas at a later date.
