Ronald Asa "Ronnie" Crowley, age 56, of Alma passed suddenly Tuesday, September 5, 2017. He was born in Bacon County on October 26, 1960 to the late Ronald Harry Crowley. Ronnie served in the US Army.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Crowley, his mother, Ruth Hilda Shannon Crowley of Alma, two children, Bobby Ray Crowley (Lilly) and Dakota Rain Crowley of Alma, four stepchildren, Justin Beherns, of Douglas, GA., Jackie Lynn Brooks (Joe) of Macon, GA., Tammy Michelle Wooten of Tennessee and Jessica Pringle (Zach) of Kentucky, three sisters, Ruth Ellen Deen (Leslie), Sharon Deen and Gloria Beth Thompson (Mike) all of Alma; also 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 8 ^th at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Hutchinson officiating. Interment will follow in Douglas Family Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Thursday, September 7 ^th from 6 to 9 PM.

Active pallbearers will be; Lynn Deen, Joe Deen, Anthony Lee, Cameron Curl, Ronnie Hutchison and Leslie Deen. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
