Mr. Rony Lee Jacobs, age 69, of Alma passed away suddenly at the Bacon County Hospital on Saturday, May 9, 2020.

He was born January 26, 1951 in Ware County to the late Olen Lee Jacobs and Lois Campbell Jacobs. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Daryl Jacobs.

Rony retired from Amtrack after 40 years as a Conductor, he served in the US Army and was a member of New Vision Congregational Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Dailey Jacobs of Alma, GA., one son, Derek Jacobs and wife Misty of Hazlehurst, GA., two step sons, Doug Dailey and wife Rachel of Plantation, FL. and Lane Dailey of Alma, GA., brother, Gary Jacobs and wife Freida of Waycross, GA., sisters, Rita Baker of Warner Robins, GA. and Gwen Bohanan of Hoboken, GA. and two grandchildren, Sonya Hill of Springfield, GA. and Dylan Jacobs of Guyton, GA.

Private graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 12 ^th at 3:00 PM at Pine Level Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Pet Hayes and Rev. Doug Barber officiating.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
