Roy B. Davis, age 63, of Alma died suddenly Friday morning July 12th, 2013 at the B C Hospital. He was a native of Chattahoochee County Georgia, lived in Florida and Brunswick before moving to Alma several years ago. He was son of the late Homer Braswell Davis and Lydia Taylor Davis Johnson and was also preceded in death by his stepfather Randall Johnson and a daughter, Michelle Renee Davis. Roy was a building contractor, served in the U S Army during the Viet Nam War and was a member of The American Legion.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Terry Culbertson Davis of Alma, two sons, Tommy Davis of Harrogate, England, Lyle Kane of New York City, N Y, three daughters, Elizabeth Sirmans (Kenneth) of Pearson, GA, Krista Davis of Denver, CO, Kathleen McIntyre-Mullis (T D) of Alma, three grandchildren and one great child.

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Sunday evening between 6 and 9 P M.
