Roy Darwell Waters, age 56, of Hoboken, passed away suddenly May 8, 2018. Roy was born in Palatka, Fl and the son of the late Simon Clifford "Buck" Waters, a member of The River of Life Church and a veteran of the National Guard.

Survivors include his mother Carol Deen Sowell Holton, daughter Sara Waters Hardee (Tyler) of Dixie Union, two brothers, Teddy Clifford Waters (Ella) of Sweetwater, TN, and Randy Waters (Jamie) of Nashville, TN, a sister Janice Waters Kirton (Bill) of Dixie Union and a grandson William River Hardee.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 12 ^th at 3 PM at the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home, with Rev. Butch Hickock and Rev. Teddy Waters officiating. Internment will follow at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Friday night from 6-8 PM. All guest will be considered honorary escort.

At the request of the family please wear blue jeans for the funeral service and if you ride a motorcycle please ride it in honor of Roy.
