Sarah Audine Davis, age 73, of Alma passed away on February 19, 2020 at Hospice Satilla after an extended illness.  She was born in Appling County on October 23, 1946 to Elton Hardwick and Beatrice Carter McLean. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Carl Timith Davis, Sr., daughters, Tammy Sue Davis, Angie Marie Herrin, son, Darrell Davis, brothers, James Earl, Bobby and Ray Hardwick, sister, Eudine Hardwick, grandson, Chad Davis and great-grandson, Jacob Davis. She was a member of Big Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Tim Davis (Debra Lynn), Jeffery Davis and Carla Johnson (Len Bell) of Alma, daughter-in-law, Joyce Davis of Alma, 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 step granddaughter and1 step great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 23 ^rd at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Darby and Rev. R. B. Gaskins officiating. Interment will follow in Big Creek Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6 to 8 PM.

Active pallbearers will be; Dillon & Will Davis, T. J. & Chris Davis, Austin & Alan Herrin. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
