Shirley Mae Mobley, age 77, of Alma passed away Tuesday June 13, 2023 at her residence after an extended illness. She was a native of Bacon County and the daughter of the late John Henry and Loanza White Butler. Her husband Joe Mobley, brother Henry Lee Butler, and sisters Lou Ella Kates, Bonnie Faye Strozier, and Ella Faye Bell preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter Tedra White-Harold (David), brother John Butler, sister Doris Manley (Jimmy), grandchildren Natae Hayman, Zana and Zacarea Harold, great grandchild Jada Williams and a host of family and friends.

Memorial services will be held Saturday June 24th, at 11 A.M., at the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home, with Tony Sellers officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral starting at 10 A.M. until service time.
