Obituary
Shirley Brenda Padgett, age 67, of Alma passed away Tuesday, October 18th at the Bacon County Hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Charleston, West Virginia and daughter of the late Thomas Fisher.
Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Danny Padgett of Alma, her mother Nadine Fisher of Charleston WV, one son, Thomas Fisher of Charleston WV., three daughters, Michelle Taylor (Eddie), Nicole Cothern (Anthony) and Lindsey Carter (Ashley) of Alma, two step children, Mark Padgett of NC and Lee Hawkins of LaGrange, Ga. and one sister, Charlotte Byrd of Charleston, WV.; also 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held Friday, October 21st at 5:15 PM at the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Rainey officiating.
Crosby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
