Sidney Leroy 'Bo" Mullis, age 83, of Alma passed away July 14, 2022 at Baptist Village after a brief illness. He was born in Bacon County on October 31, 1938 to Sidney Joseph Mullis and Dicie Pierce Mullis. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by son, Michael Mullis and two sisters, Naomi Davis and Neileen Whitley.

Mr. Mullis served in the U.S. Navy, was a retired truck driver and a member of Corinth Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Norma Jean Smart Mullis; three children, Joey (Connie) Mullis, Davey (Marie) Mullis and Melanie (Gary) Wines; three step children, Monty Morrow, Rhonda Morrow and Renee (Ronnie) O'Quinn; daughter-law, Lennie Mullis; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 18 ^th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Parnell Aldridge officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday from 12:00 PM until funeral time.

Cremation will follow after the service.
