Terry "Ted" Howard Landis, age 76, of Alma passed away July 6, 2024 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born October 29, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Charles Raymond Landis and Mary Gwendolyn Samsal Landis. Besides his parents he was precede in death by his wife Lenora Gail Landis and his great grandson, Carsen Landis.

Survivors include his children, Charles "Alfie" Landis (Shelly) and Wendy Cooley (Dan) of Alma; brother, Jerry Landis (Margaret) of Ohio, sister, Janet Harrison of Florida; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 10:00 AM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Pastor Austin Medders officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Lawn Cemetery.  The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 to 8 PM.

Active pallbearers will be Joshua Landis, Sean Landis, Chris Landis, Fisher Landis Lee Cooley and J. R. Harrell. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escort.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
