Obituary
Teresa Lee Vaughn, a longtime resident of the Alma area, died December 17, 2016 at the Veranda at Carnesville in Carnesville, Georgia.
Born in 1924 in Alma, Mrs. Vaughn attended West Georgia in 1942. She was married to Hubert J. Vaughn, also of Alma. Mrs. Vaughn is survived by a son: Richard Vaughn of Huntsville, Alabama, three grandchildren: Megan Jackson of Lavonia, Georgia, Amanda Vaughn of Lavonia, Georgia, and Alex Vaughn of Huntsville, Alabama. Two great-grandchildren also survive her: Savannah Jackson of Lavonia Georgia and Maddox Jackson of Lavonia Georgia.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 23rd at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends from 9:00 AM until funeral time. Interment will follow in Pine Lawn Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be; David H. Lee, David Lee, Andy Lee, Dwight Sellers, Linton Carter and Buster Meeks. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to The Veranda at Carnesville. 29 McEntyre St. Carnesville, GA 30521
