homas Bruce Ballinger, age 82, of Sorrento, Fl, passed away at his home July 6 ^th after a short illness. Thomas was a native of Grant county Indiana and the son of the late Clinton and Evelyn Tatman Ballinger and was also preceded in death by his grandson Zachary Tyler Jameson. Thomas was a veteran of the National Guard, a member of Harbor Baptist Church in Ormond Beach, Fl, a 50 year Mason at Blue Lodge #106 in Hartford City, IN, past Potentate of Bailla Shrine, Orlando, a member of Scottish Rite of Orlando and a member of the 1954 graduating class of Eaton High School in Eaton IN. Thomas was also the past owner of Overhead Door Company of Orlando and Savannah.

Survivors include his High School Sweetheart and wife of 63 years Robertta McCammon Ballinger, son Steven Bruce Ballinger (Lisa) of Sorrento, FL, daughter Nanette Jameson (Larry) of Guyton, GA, sister Elaine Morrison (Ralph) of McHenry, IL, 4 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 10 ^th at 2PM at the Nicholls Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Campbell officiating. The family will be receiving visitors at the church from 12 until 2. Internment will be held at Garden of Memory in Muncie, IN.
