Timothy Boyd Boatright, age 52, of Alma passed away suddenly on Friday, January 15th. He was a native of Jacksonville, Florida but had lived most of his life in Alma. Boyd was son of the late Willie Frank "W.F." Boatright, Sr. and preceded in death by a brother, Frank Boatright.

Survivors include his mother, Genelda Boatright of Alma, a son, Chase Joshua Boatright of Alma, one brother, Bruce Allen Boatright (Angela) of Nicholls, two sisters, Bonnie Annette Boatright and Pam Boatright of Alma, one grandson, Landon Boatright of Alma, three nephews, Ian, Kyle and Dylan Boatright and three nieces, Payton, Lauren and Marci Boatright.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 19th at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. R. B. Gaskins officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Lawn Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday from 6 to 9 PM.

Active pallbearers will be; Michael Boatright, Brock Young, Donnie White, Matt White, Roy T. Boatright and Tim Carter. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
