Timothy D. (Tim) Taylor, age 52, of Blackshear died suddenly early Saturday morning December 1st, 2012 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross. He was a native of Jacksonville, FL but had lived in Alma, Warner Robins and Blackshear. He was son of the late Doyal Taylor and Janell Herring Taylor and was also preceded in death by a great niece, Kerrigan Elyse Wright.

Survivors include a brother, Joe H. Taylor and wife Lynn of Blackshear, a niece, Lindy Taylor Wright (Blake) of Waycross, two great nieces, Lily Gray Wright of Waycross, Ryleigh Taylor of Blackshear, a nephew, Stephen Taylor (Morgan) of Blackshear, two great nephews, Rolston Taylor and Ryan Davis both of Blackshear.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 o'clock from the chapel of Crosby Funiral Home with eulogies delivered by family members Lin Abercrombie and Gary Lee. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday evening between 6 and 9 P M. Interment will follow in Stewart Cemetery in Bacon County. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Georgia Academy for the Blind 2895 Vineville Ave. Macon GA. 31204

Active pallbearers will be, Stephen Taylor, Gary Lee, John Wheeler, Joe, Shane and Cory Herring. All others in attendance will be considered as honorary.
