Virginia "Ginger" Boatright, age 64, passed away at Bacon County Hospital November 13, 2025, after a short illness. She was born in Columbus, GA, November 01, 1961, to the late Robert Percival King and Josephine Grimes King.

She retired as a Georgia Extension Agent after many years of service.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Mark Boatright; daughters, Hannah Perdue of Screven, Emily Ballance (Matthew) of Ludowici, Jennifer Driggers (Christopher) of Glennville, and Sarah Bonham (Steven) of Statesboro; sons, Marty Boatright (Ashlei) of Garfield and Rusty Boatright (Rebekah) of Scuffletown; nineteen grandchildren; brother, Robert "Rocky" King (Denice) of Lawrenceville; sister, Carroll Bradshaw (Chuck) of Columbus.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 17, 2025, at Martha Memorial at 11 AM, with Elder Scott Riner officiating. Interment will follow at Martha Memorial Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the church from 10 AM until service time.

Active pallbearers include Jonah Boatright, Mason Boatright, Matthew Ballance, Wyatt Winkles, Kayl Winkles and Timmy Smith.
