W. Frank (Butch) Wheeler, age 71, of Nicholls passed away at UF Health in Jacksonville, Florida on October 1, 2023 after a short illness. He was born January 1, 1952 in Bacon County to the late W. Frank Wheeler, Sr. and Sarah Branch Wheeler.

Survivors include two children, Frank Wheeler, III (Yani) of Bluffton, SC. and Dawn Bryan (John) of St. Marys, GA; four grandchildren, Baylen and Brooks Bryan and Cristian and Chloe Wheeler; aunt and several cousins.

Memorailization will be by cremation.

A memorial service will be held Monday, October 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM Pine Lawn Cemetery with Rev. David Davis officiating.
