Wanda S. Mandel, age 85, of Alma passed away February 23, 2025, at her residence after an extended illness. She was born in Pierce County July 28, 1939, to the late Woodrow W. Sweat and Alberta Tillman Sweat. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Julie Elise Mandel .

Survivors include two sons, Glenn W. Feagin, Jr. (Carrie Lynn) of Alma and Jeffery Michael Feagin (Shari) from the Forks of the Hurricane; 2 grandchildren, Jeffery Feagin, Jr and Leanne Barber of Hoboken, Ga; four great-grands, Hayden and Brody Feagin from the Forks of the Hurricane, Amanda and Eliza Barber of Hoboken, Ga; and her brother, Fredrick C. Sweat of Stafford, Va.
