Waymon Linder Williams, age 71, of Alma passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Jacksonville after a short illness. He was son of the late Earnie Floyd Williams and Mary Magdeline Taylor Williams and preceded in death by a brother, James Earl Williams and a brother-in-law, Larry Deen.

Survivors include his wife, Edith Faye Williams of Alma, six children, Rodney Williams (Christine) and Brad Williams of Alma, Jay Williams (Crystal) of Albama, Melissa Williams (Wayne) of Beech Grove, TN., Aundra Williams (John Murphy) of Douglas, GA. and Tracey Williams of Baxley, GA., two sisters, Genetha Deen and Sharon Foster (Linton) of Alma, a sister-in-law Judy Williams of Alma; also 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, February 11 ^th at New Lacy Church of God with Rev. R.B. Gaskins and Rev. Stan Long officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be; Skeebo Vaughn, Al Deen, Brian Tanner, James Whitaker, Kevin Foster and Pheln Thompson Greg Tanner, Howard, Bruce and Larry Burnette and Donnie Deen.
