Wendell D. Woodard, age 57, of Nicholls passed away September 10, 2023 at Coffee Regional Medical Center after an extended illness. He was a native of Bacon County. His mother Annie Bell Dyal Woodard and sister Melinda Gieger preceded him in death.

Mr. Woodard was a member of College Avenue Baptist Church.

Survivors include his father, Johnnie D. Woodard of Nicholls; two children, Wendell Alex Woodard (Shanna) of Mershon and Jennifer Bagley (Bryan) of Alma and brother, Sammy Woodard (Vickey) of Reidsville.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, September 15, 2023 at 12:00 PM at the home of Mr. Johnnie Woodard 180 Sessoms Rd Nicholls, GA 31554.
