William Henry Collins, 86, of Waynesville, GA., died peacefully on Thursday, May 8, 2025. Born September 1, 1938, in Milan, Georgia, he was the son of the late Perry Collins Jr. and Virginia Roberson Collins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 40 years, Janice Benton Collins; a son, Henry Steven Collins; a daughter, Debbie Collins Campion; a son-in-law, Carl Leo Campion Jr.; a sister, Rozelle Sweat Whittington; and brothers, Larry, Floyd, and Grady Collins.

Survivors include a daughter; Lisa Boatright (Michael) of Brunswick, GA, Six grandchildren; Christopher Steven Collins (Jamey) of Baxley, GA., Tiffany Campion Audia (Anthony) of Altamonte Springs, FL, Shawn Michael Boatright of St. Marys, GA., Brittany Lynn Lewis (Dustin) of Alma, GA., Brandon Kyle Boatright (Aimee) of Darien GA., Cody Benton Collins of Atlanta, GA., eight great-grandchildren; Hannah Houston, Carly Audia, Edie Kate Collins, Noah Boatright, Austin Lewis, A.J. Audia, Jaxon Lewis, and Madilyn Boatright, a daughter-in-law, Sheila Spires Collins of St. Simons Island, GA, and a sister-in-law, Carolyn Collins of Brunswick, GA.
